Is Gigmarq the official ticket seller?

No. Gigmarq is an independent resale marketplace (secondary market). We are not the promoter or the venue and are not affiliated with any artist. To buy at the original price, go to the official ticket seller.

Why is the price different from the face value?

Our prices may be higher than the face value printed on the ticket. The face value is shown next to our price on the event page, or confirmed for each ticket before you pay.

Does the price include all fees?

Yes. The price shown is the total, including fees and VAT. The breakdown is shown on the event page and again before payment.

Will I know my seat before I buy?

Yes. Each listing shows the block, row and seat (or standing area) and any restriction on the ticket before you pay.

When will I receive my tickets?

Depending on the format (e-ticket, mobile ticket or transfer through the official ticketing app), you receive them no later than 48 hours before the show.

What if the gig is cancelled?

If the gig is cancelled and not rescheduled, you get a full refund. If it is rescheduled, your tickets stay valid for the new date.
